What café owners ask us.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. The card saves to Apple Wallet on an iPhone or Google Wallet on an Android phone, which are already there.
What do I need at the counter?
The phone or tablet you already have. You scan the member's card with it to add a stamp. No extra hardware necessary. It doesn't need to connect to your till, so it works whichever one you use.
I already have a loyalty scheme. Can I switch?
Yes. We've already helped several businesses move their members across with no friction. Tell us what you use today and we'll plan the move with you.
Who looks after the program once it's live?
We do. Message us on WhatsApp to change the reward, update the design or ask about a member's card, and we handle it.
How many stamps should my card have?
It's up to you. Many coffee cards give the 10th coffee free; Minos gives a free coffee or croissant after 7 stamps. We'll help you choose when we set up your card, as the number stays fixed once members start collecting.
Who owns my customers' data?
You do. We look after it for you, and you can export your member list whenever you like. If you ever leave, we hand it over and delete our copy within 30 days.
I run more than one café. Does the card work in all of them?
Yes. One card works in every café you run, and a stamp earned in one counts in all the others.
Can I see who's coming back?
Yes. Your dashboard shows how many members are active, how often they visit, the rewards they've redeemed and which regulars have stopped coming in.
How quickly can I get started?
Send us your logo and colours, and your first design arrives within 24 hours. We revise it with you until you approve it.
